# Reprint Module

#### Overview

The module **Reprint** of Titan allows operators to perform the **reprinting of labels previously generated**, in a **quick, practical, and controlled way**.

This module is mainly used in situations such as:

* Damaged label
* Physical printing failure
* Need for a new copy of the label
* Checking or replacement of material identification

The flow was designed to minimize errors and ensure that the label is sent **to the correct printer**.

#### Module Objective

* Allow **reprinting of existing labels**
* Facilitate **quick search** for records
* Offer **smart filters** to locate the correct label
* Ensure the **deliberate printer selection**
* Maintain traceability of reprints

#### User Profile

* Production operators
* Warehouse / Logistics
* Shop floor supervisors

> ⚠️ Access to the module depends on the permissions configured in the user's profile.

## 1. Accessing the Module

1. In Titan's side menu
2. Click on **Reprint**
3. The system will display the screen for **Labels – Occurrences**

## 2. Reprint Screen – General Structure

The screen is divided into three main areas:

1. **Occurrence List**
2. **Search Filters**
3. **Printer Selection**

## 3. Occurrence List

In this area, the system displays all labels available for reprinting.

#### Information displayed per record:

* **Date and time of generation**
* **MTU code**
* **Production Order (PO)**
* **Operation**
* **Work center/Equipment**
* **Responsible user**
* **Print status**

This list is **paginated**, allowing navigation through large volumes of records.

## 4. Search Filters

To make it easier to locate a specific label, the module offers dynamic filters.

#### Available filter types:

* **Search by status**
* **Search by printer**
* **Search by user**
* **Search by MTU number**
* **Search by material code**
* **Search by material description**
* **Search by production order number**
* **Search by operation**
* **Search by traceability code**
* **Search by equipment**
* **Search by work center**

## 5. Status Filter

The status filter allows you to locate labels according to the state of the printing process.

#### Available statuses:

* None
* Received
* Pending
* Generation pending
* Generating
* Printing
* Awaiting response
* Success
* Failure
* Internal failure
* Canceled

> 💡 This filter is especially useful for identifying labels that failed or were not printed correctly.

## 6. Printer Selection

After locating the desired label:

1. Click on the record in the list
2. The system will open the screen for **selecting available printers**

#### Information displayed per printer:

* Printer code
* Printer name
* Location or description
* Availability status

## 7. Reprint Confirmation

1. Select the desired printer
2. Click on **Confirm**
3. The system will send the label to the print queue

#### Success message:

> **Document successfully added to the print queue**

From this point on, the label will follow the normal printing flow.

## 8. Best Practices

* Always **check the MTU and the material** before confirming the reprint
* Verify that the **correct printer** was selected
* Use the **status filters** to avoid unnecessary reprints
