Access to Titan** #### **Function** Access the production execution module, where the operator logs in and starts the data collection flow. The operator enters: * **Username/Email** * **Password** The button **LOG IN** authenticates and redirects to the Home page.

## **2. Home Screen** After logging in, the operator sees: * Left-side menu with the available modules: * Capacities * Help Chain * Reprint * Logged-in user in the top right corner. This screen works as a *initial dashboard*, waiting for a function to be selected.

## **3. Accessing the “Capabilities” Module** When clicking on **CAPABILITIES**, the operator starts the linking process with the workstation.

### **3.1. Workstation/Machine Selection** This screen displays **only** the workstations/machines that have **available Production Orders** for execution.

#### **Display Rule** Titan **does not show all machines registered in the system**, only those that have a planned PO for the period. #### **Visual Color Indication** Each workstation card has a vertical side bar: | Color | Meaning | | --------- | -------------------------------------------------------- | | **Gray** | Available workstation — operator **not linked** | | **Green** | Workstation **already linked to the logged-in operator** | This indication makes it easy to quickly identify where the operator is connected. #### **Information displayed on the card** * Workstation code * Description * Linked operator * Link indicator (side bar) The yellow footer warns while there is no link:\ **“Select a piece of equipment.”**

### **3.2. Confirmation of Link with the Workstation** When clicking on a workstation with a gray bar, the system asks: > “Operator: your\_email. Do you want to link to workstation XXXXX?”

#### **Possible actions** * **Confirm** → links the operator to the workstation * **Cancel** → returns to the workstation selection After confirming: * The workstation bar changes to **green** * The operator record is applied * Titan automatically opens the list of Production Orders for that workstation ### **3.3. List of Available Production Orders** On this screen are displayed **only** the POs linked to the selected workstation. #### Each card shows: * PO number * Material code and description * Total quantity * Expected lead time * Planned start

From this screen, the operator proceeds to: * Start production * Register production * Report scrap * Complete PO ### **3.4. “Exit” Button – Unlink from the Workstation** The button **EXIT**, available in the bottom right corner, **does not log out of the system**. It only: * Removes the link between operator and workstation * Returns to the workstation selection screen * Releases the machine for another operator This ensures proper traceability and prevents an operator from remaining linked improperly after changing posts.

#### **Confirmation and Return to the Home Screen** After clicking EXIT: * A confirmation notification for unlinking appears: "Do you really want to end your session on this equipment/workstation? * The workstation side bar returns to **gray**

This behavior clearly shows that the operator is free to link to another workstation.
