Movement Registration** The first necessary configuration step is to set up the possible destination movements for a given movement origin. To do this, we will use the **Movement Routes App**. This app aims to create movement logic according to the restriction or enabling of origins for a given destination.

When clicking the icon, the "Movement Route Configuration" screen will open.\ This screen is arranged as follows: 1. In the left section, we have the destination movements listed. 2. In the right section, the configuration of the possible origins to perform the selected destination movement.

When selecting a destination movement (as in the example, 130 - Storage), in the right section we can enable which origins allow movement to storage. To enable an origin, just click the flag icon [![](https://cloudapp.sequor.com.br/booksequor/uploads/images/gallery/2024-12/scaled-1680-/eN9DUrTlxpkE9weQ-image-1733941479463.png)](https://cloudapp.sequor.com.br/booksequor/uploads/images/gallery/2024-12/eN9DUrTlxpkE9weQ-image-1733941479463.png), this way, when a material is in one of the enabled origins, it will be possible to move this material to storage.
The other configurations for the other destinations follow the same pattern as the one shown in the previous example. After making the necessary edits, click on **Save** in the lower-right corner. ## **2. Warehouse Registration** The second necessary configuration step is to enable the people who will perform movement and storage in the respective Warehouse.

After clicking the icon, the registration screen opens in a "tree" format where on the left side of the screen we have the structure based on Plant>Warehouse>Area>Aisle>Rack>Level(Bin). For the Movement module, the configuration will be focused on the Warehouse, always bearing in mind that the system respects the hierarchy, that is, if you enable the user in the warehouse, they will automatically be enabled in the respective areas and bins.\ To do this, click on the warehouse and then on the edit button ![](https://cloudapp.sequor.com.br/booksequor/uploads/images/gallery/2024-02/scaled-1680-/A7oZ75hvvLC0oudu-image-1706803431235.png) so that the options are opened on the right side of the screen.

When opening the configuration option, as in the example below, the configuration is being performed directly in the warehouse.\ In the **PERSONNEL**, click to add a new row by selecting and entering a Person or a Team. Then, search for it in the criteria that opens.\ To finish, mark the movement option so that it becomes active and can perform movements and replenishments through the **Mobile Movement App**.

### **2.1. Stock Registration** This feature aims to control the minimum and maximum stock of a given material in a desired location. **Important to note**, this option is only available for the Area and Bin levels in the warehouse registration. To register stock, go to the **"Material"** tab (at the Area or Bin level): 1. Select the material for which you want to control stock; 2. Enable the "Enable Stock" flag[![](https://cloudapp.sequor.com.br/booksequor/uploads/images/gallery/2024-12/scaled-1680-/pVkxO32o4FTlUtuh-image-1733945129731.png)](https://cloudapp.sequor.com.br/booksequor/uploads/images/gallery/2024-12/pVkxO32o4FTlUtuh-image-1733945129731.png); 3. Enter the minimum and maximum stock values; 4. Select between the options: **MTU (volume-based control)** or **Material (unit-based control)**;

After making the desired configurations, click on "Change Data". You will now have stock control in this area for the registered material; if the material reaches the minimum limit, it will be available for replenishment in the Mobile Movement app. ### **2.2. Fixed Position Registration** The purpose of Fixed Position Registration is to allow the system to suggest to the user, when performing a storage movement of a given material, that this material be moved to a specific Area or Bin. **NOTE:** It is important to note that this fixed position registration option only applies to the Area and Bin levels. To perform this registration, select in the warehouse level tree (on the left) the "Area" or "Bin" level you want. Go to the **"Material"** tab and select the material(s) you want to indicate as the fixed position, as in the example. ### **2.3. Fixed Location Registration** The purpose of Fixed Location Registration is to limit the user so that, when performing a storage movement of a given material, this material is moved only to a specific Area or Bin. **NOTE:** It is important to note that this fixed position registration option only applies to the Area and Bin levels. To perform this registration, select in the warehouse level tree (on the left) the "Area" or "Bin" level you want. Go to the **"Material"** and select the material(s) you want to indicate as the Fixed Location, as in the example. ### **2.4. Single Location Registration** The purpose of Single Location Registration is to limit the location so that it can receive only the selected material, not allowing the movement and storage of other materials to this location. **NOTE:** It is important to note that this Single Location registration option only applies to the Area and Bin levels. To perform this registration, select in the warehouse level tree (on the left) the "Area" or "Bin" level you want. Go to the **"Material"** and select the material(s) you want to indicate as the Single Location, as in the example. ## **3. Movement App** The Movement App will be used for material movements and records of their allocations (from / to). In addition to movements, there is also the possibility of smart replenishment, that is, when the material quantity reaches the minimum defined by the user, it will automatically trigger replenishment. The user will then be prompted to perform the task of supplying the material at the specified location to meet the established need.

The app has two possible activities: * **Movement:** After receipt, the material will be moved and allocated in stock. * **Replenishment:** After receipt, the material will be moved and replenished at the indicated location. ### **3.1. Mobile Printer Registration** #### **3.1.1. WEB and Mobile Printer Configuration** The Sequor system allows automatic printing of labels for item identification upon receipt. For this, some configurations are required.\ Initially, the Sequor Print Hub Client must be installed on the destination computer, which is connected to the printer. When opening the .exe file, you will be directed to a configuration screen.

Next, we will provide the step-by-step configuration: 1. Keep "Use SSL" enabled 2. In "Host", enter the platform link without "https\://" 3. In "Port", enter the value: 80 4. Click "Load" to continue. 5. If the configuration is correct, "Sequor" will be available in "Tenants" to select. Select "Sequor". 6. After the initial configuration, select the desired printers in the upper-right corner under "Printers". 7. In the "EventBus" section, under "Host", enter the web environment IP address. 8. In "Port", enter the value: 5672 9. For "UserName" and "Password", enter: sequor in both fields 10. In the "Logs" section, under "Output", select "Console" and "File" 11. Finally, click "Save" to complete the configuration. #### **3.1.2. Printing system configuration on the Platform** Some configurations are required to link the printer with the printing system; to do this, access the "Virtual Printer" app.

When clicking the icon, the Criteria will open with the list of printers already registered in the system. There is the possibility of selecting one for editing or deletion, as well as the possibility of creating a new record. The available commands in the tab are Insert | Edit | Delete, where the Edit and Delete commands are only enabled when a record is selected in the list.

When clicking to insert a new record, the registration screen opens, where we must fill in the following fields: 1. Name: Define a name for the desired printer. 2. Description: Enter the printer description. 3. Status: Change the status if desired. 4. Physical Printer: Select from the list the printer previously registered in Sequor Print Hub. Here you can check the printer "Key" against the "Key" shown in Sequor Print Hub to avoid errors. 5. After making the configurations, click "SAVE".

Done, your printer is now ready to print labels. #### **3.1.3. Printing system configuration on Mobile** When accessing the mobile environment, you can configure label printing. Next, we will see how to perform this configuration. After logging in, click the icon in the upper-right corner to open the user information. Then click "Preferences".

When clicking "Preferences", the "Preferred Printer" menu will appear, where we will select which printer should perform the prints generated by mobile.

Finally, just select which printer should be the destination printer in the list of available printers.

#### **3.1.4. Print and Reprint Events** To monitor prints, we can check some information and perform some actions through the "Occurrences" app.

When clicking the icon, the Criteria will open with the list of print records already performed in the system. There is the possibility of selecting a record for editing or reprinting it; to reprint, just click the icon [![](https://cloudapp.sequor.com.br/booksequor/uploads/images/gallery/2025-07/scaled-1680-/3M4Iae4RGuzeRmap-image-1753282274946.png)](https://cloudapp.sequor.com.br/booksequor/uploads/images/gallery/2025-07/3M4Iae4RGuzeRmap-image-1753282274946.png).

When selecting a record and clicking edit, you will have access to some information about this record. In the "HEADER" tab, you can check some information such as: date and time, MTU number, which printer was used, and the record status.

In the "PARAMETERS" tab, the parameters used in printing are displayed.

In the "PAYLOAD" tab, we can observe the layout of the generated label as well as its raw payload to generate the label.

In the "EVENTS" tab, we can observe all events generated in this record and check the following information: date and time, status, reason code, and which physical printer was used.

### **3.2. Storage** To perform the storage movement, click the menu **"Movement"**. Next, scan the **QR Code** of the material label to be moved.

When reading the **QR Code** of the material, three options will be available: 1. Move all items in the MTU. 2. Split the items in the MTU (divide the total quantity into new volumes and also change the area). 3. Aggregate other items of the same material into this same MTU. For this example, we will proceed with the **Movement**.

The next step is to select the destination of the movement; to do this, click "Select Destination".

After clicking "Select Destination", the list of available areas will appear for selection. Just click the desired option.

After selecting the destination area, a screen will consolidate all information about the movement. To confirm, click the save icon in the lower-right corner.

Finally, a window will appear for the movement to be confirmed. After confirmation, all information with the new location will be updated for this MTU.

### **3.3. Splitting** To split an MTU (without changing location), scan the **QR Code**. After reading it, select the **"Splitting"**.

On the splitting screen, enter the quantity and number of volumes you want to split. In the example below, the 50 units of the original MTU will be split into 5 volumes of 10 units each. After entering the values, click **"Split"** and confirm the operation in the window that will open.

When the operation is completed, new MTUs will be generated according to the configurations provided. **NOTE:** It is important to note that this operation only splits the MTU, keeping the original area. ### **3.4. Splitting with location change** To split an MTU with a location change, scan the **QR Code**. After reading it, select the **"Splitting"**.

On the splitting screen, enter the quantity and number of volumes you want to split. In the example below, the 50 units of the original MTU will be split into 2 volumes of 25 units each. After entering the values, click **"Change Area and Split"** then you will be directed to the destination area selection screen.

Select the destination area for the new MTUs that will be generated from the split.

When selecting the area, a new window will appear to confirm the operation. Click "Yes" to finish.

When the operation is completed, new MTUs will be generated according to the provided settings and the new destination areas. ### **3.5. Aggregation** To perform the aggregation of an MTU (without changing location), scan the **QR Code**. After reading it, select the **"Aggregation"**.

On the aggregation screen, enter the quantity of MTU items you want to aggregate into another MTU. In the example below, the 25 units of the original MTU will be aggregated in full into another MTU. After entering the values, click **"Aggregation"**. A new window will open for you to scan the **QR Code** of the other MTU.

After scanning, the information of the second MTU will appear for verification. To finish the operation, click **"Aggregation"**.

After the operation is completed, the MTU label will be updated with the total quantity. ### **3.6. Replenishment** This feature aims to balance stock for Areas or Bins that have the "Enable Stock" flag activated in the warehouse registration. When accessing the Mobile Movement App, click **"Replenishment"**. The criteria screen with the list of areas will appear; to proceed with replenishment, select the desired area.

After selecting the desired area, the list of materials available for replenishment will be displayed. It is important to remember that replenishment can occur either by "Material" (unit count) or by MTU (volume count). Select the desired material to proceed with replenishment.

In this next step, you have two options: 1. When clicking on **"Select MTU"**, you will be directed to the available MTUs for this material to perform replenishment. 2. Read the QR Code of a specific MTU directly by clicking the QR Code icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.

After selecting the MTU, the following validations will be required: 1. MTU origin location. 2. MTU number. 3. Destination location (replenishment area).

With the validations completed, the **Movement** and **Splitting** options will be available to complete the process. To move all items in the MTU, click "Movement". To replenish only part of the MTU, click splitting and enter the desired quantity.
