# Person Registration

#### People Management in Sequor MES

The **People Registration** aims to register all **employees, leaders, and users** who interact with Sequor MES — whether to record entries on the shop floor, track indicators, or manage registrations.

This registration is essential to **control access, permissions, and traceability of activities** performed within the system.

#### Purpose of the registration

Ensure that each person linked to production has a **unique profile**, with identification, role, location, skills, and work schedule information.\
This data is used in various MES features, such as:

* Production and downtime entries
* Shift and schedule control
* Training and certification records
* Traceability of activities by operator

> 💡 **Tip:** keep registrations always up to date — inactive users or users with outdated information can impact reports and integrations.

## 1. Access to the module

In the Sequor MES main menu, go to:\
**Registrations → People**

## 3. Best practices

* Keep only users **active and with a valid login**.
* Review periodically **skills and certifications**.
* Use standardized nomenclature for roles and plants.
* Avoid duplicating registrations for the same person.
* Update the **vacation and training calendar** to avoid incorrect entries.
